What do you like best about TriNet? They handle payroll taxes. They handle benefit (enrollment, shopping for prices, employee questions.) They are my HR experts. I go to them for forms and questions. What do you like best about TriNet? TriNet offers great benefits options at a reasonable cost for employers with a small number of employees. In addition, the payroll services and reporting works well eliminating some of the burden from the employer. What do you dislike about TriNet? Integrations with our GL are limited from a payroll perspective. What do you like best about TriNet? The payroll reports are customizable so I am able to extract the exact data I need for bookkeeping. What do you dislike about TriNet? The help cloud does not have a lot of help articles but you can always contact support by email. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? I collect expense reports from staff and having an automated system is extremely helpful. The integration with Quickbooks and payroll is so efficient.

What do you like best about TriNet? TriNet feels like a part of our team. Our specialist is always accessible and available to answer any questions. Having TriNet takes the administrative burden of processing payroll and benefits out of my hands and into the expert's. What do you like best about TriNet? The benefit plans they offer are great value. The customer service is fantastic and response time is quick. They make it simple to make updates or changes. What do you like best about TriNet? One stop shop. Medical Benefits are very competitively priced. HR assistance is excellent. What do you dislike about TriNet?
