"Easy and Fast Tool"

What do you like best about TriNet? It was a one stop shop tool. This is still my favorite tool out of all the other HR/Benefits tools I have used but its the most expensive. The discounts you get are amazing at all the travel and retail shops, you can see all your benefits in one screen and all the contact information, and their cell phone app is awesome. Very powerful tool. What do you dislike about TriNet? The cost. It is the most expensive tool which is why my company decided to part ...

""our service level is about 30 days and will reach out as soon as we have reviewed your request""

What do you like best about TriNet? Easy to use for benefit enrollment, any paychecks. What do you dislike about TriNet? Very poor integrations, Syncing information out of Trinet into any IT system requires a custom-built app. When you ask for an API key and they say that they have a 30 days wait time for a first response on a ticket. so we are now waiting for 3 weeks with no progress. Very poor customer service. Also, to even get the 30 days info I had to call in and wait on the phone for ...

"Client manager does not communicate with client."

What do you like best about TriNet? Our payroll specialist is very reliable. What do you dislike about TriNet? Besides our payroll specialist there is no communication. They switch client managers so frequently we never know who to go to with our questions. So we always rely on our payroll specialist. Recommendations to others considering TriNet: Would not recommend. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? We can get workman's comp insurance through Trinet since we ...

"Always room for improvement"

What do you like best about TriNet? I like their availability and separate areas of expertise. What do you dislike about TriNet? I hate creatig tickets and the short lead time given to revert to the email. Then another ticket gets created and the issue turns out to be never-ending being handed down to one colleague to another. Sometimes an issue gets more complicated than it is What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Our payroll and benefits for employees run through ...

"Good for benefits and HR support"

What do you like best about TriNet? TriNet provides a myriad of health plan options in all states. This allows us to scale with workers seeming happy. Our payroll and platform specialist Lynnette is great and extremely responsive. The platform overall is user-friendly, offering great reporting capabilities and provides employees a good experience. What do you dislike about TriNet? Benefit increases are significant year over year which will be a factor in renewing next year. Account reps ...

"An Absolute Disastrous Experience"

What do you like best about TriNet? Overall, the application is somewhat predictable and runs as expected most of the time. But the mistakes that Trinet are too frequent, terribly impactful, and costly. See below for more details. What do you dislike about TriNet? Where to begin? We've had mistakes on commissions/payroll, we have had a Hawaii-based employee auto-enrolled on a $14,000 per month healthcare plan, we've had taxes misfiled in states, we've had employee states-of-residences ...

"Great POE for Small Business"

What do you like best about TriNet? The chat feature in the online portal is user-friendly. What do you dislike about TriNet? Case management oftentimes takes too long. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? They're solving pay-related problems they created when hourly employees receive a retroactive pay increase. Not all of the hours were captured and required me to audit
