"Easy to use platform with all the right tools I need to successfully run our HR and Payroll."

What do you like best about TriNet? The Website is easy to use, and the helpdesk is accessible with little to no wait times when and if I need assistance. What do you dislike about TriNet? Response time on more complex issues can be longer than desired. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Trinet is working to submit and recover funds for the CARES act for our employees.

What do you like best about TriNet? I like the wide span of services that TriNet provides to customers. Beyond payroll and benefits administration, they have helped us with our affirmative action plan (APP) and immigration admin needs. What do you dislike about TriNet? I miss having a dedicated day-to-day point of contact for my miscellaneous questions. "Good service and thorough HR coverage in a nice platform."

What do you like best about TriNet? The dedicated specialist and easy to access team. What do you dislike about TriNet? Some of the teams are not accessible by phone, like the LOA or Immigration teams. Also, I have some fear I'm going to have my service model discontinued. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? They seem to be adding features with good regularlity. I appreciate the transition to a new 401k provider to get better rates/service.
