TriNet works really well for us

PROS: We rely on this entirely for our HR needs. It is user-friendly and well-designed. We love how we can sign in with ease and also reset our passwords when necessary. CONS: We hope they would enhance the software to better match the requirements for remote work setups. Specifically, we hope organizational charts would become more functional and comprehensive.

Excellent product

PROS: TriNet is a user-friendly software equipped with capabilities for employee and payroll management. It also has great reporting features. We love that its support team is competent and quick to respond whenever we encounter issues. CONS: New employees have trouble logging in to the system. We also sometimes encounter a few glitches. Apart from these minor concerns, we have nothing to dislike about this software.

What do you like best about TriNet? Overall functionality of the system is easy to use, in other words very user-friendly. It helps in reducing the manual work to automated work. What do you dislike about TriNet? One or two steps can be reduced to make it more efficient. What do you like best about TriNet? I like the technology available and HR law updates. What do you dislike about TriNet? I dislike the turnaround time with connect360. Sometimes is quick, sometimes is not. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? I process payroll quickly and can make changes very smoothly. The mobile application is also very helpful.

What do you like best about TriNet? The fact that anytime I have an issue or need guidance TriNet is there to provide expert guidance. What do you dislike about TriNet? Nothing. They are the best service I have worked with as a Director of People Ops. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Navigating the opening of an international location, working to provide equal benefits for people from many states, and just generally taking care of my team.

What do you like best about TriNet? The portal is very easy to naviagte and I love the Mobile app too. What do you dislike about TriNet? I wish the download to Quickbooks were better. Recommendations to others considering TriNet: When comparing services, make sure that you compare apples to apples; TriNet really gives you a big bang for your buck. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? They have been a great resource regarding HR issues, especially during Covid.

One of the best HR tools

PROS: TriNet is a very cost-efficient solution that makes available for us a great number of services. We appreciate that they are always ready to assist when we have issues or queries. They are also very receptive to our feedback and continue to work to improve their product. We love how they make things easy for us, including the enrollment process and H-1B applications. What do you like best about TriNet? Wide array of benefit elections and ease of enrollment. The support we received during the onboarding process was outstanding. The dedicated representative that sees you through your first payroll was also very good. Reporting capabilities are great. "Everything in 1 location"

What do you like best about TriNet? My organization has been through several different HR solutions and Trinet is by far the best. The GUI is very intuitive and easy to navigate. What do you dislike about TriNet? I wish the benefits section under carriers only showed the benefits that I selected as a part of my plan or highlighted my selections.
