What do you like best about TriNet? Having TriNet help with payroll, benefits, tracking PTO and all aspects of new hire information is wonderful. What do you dislike about TriNet? Currently I do not have any dislikes about TriNet What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Having employees working remotely has been a challenge outside the US and they have been very helpful!

What do you like best about TriNet? They are fairly quick to respond to issues when I contact them. Their agents are very friendly and helpful. What do you dislike about TriNet? "Great for company that doesn't have a large Payroll/HR team as TriNet provides a lot of the support"

What do you like best about TriNet? The customer support is excellent. My calls are answered in a timely fashion and they take the time to understand my question and answer it and follow up when needed. My only question that has taken a while to get resolved has been with their tax division, everything else has been resolved on the spot or within a day or two. What do you like best about TriNet? The responsiveness from individuals is quick and helpful. What do you dislike about TriNet? Cloud products are out of date and limiting What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? They support all 50 states for employment law, benefits, etc, which has a significant impact on a small company with employees in multiple states.

What do you like best about TriNet? TriNet offers many medical, dental, and vision insurance options from top health plans and providers. Compared to their competitors, their benefits are most impressive. The enrollment process is very easy. We also like that they have customer support via live chat, phone, and email. What do you like best about TriNet? Honestly, nothing. The system can be difficult to use, it's not very intuitive, and the onboarding for new hires is extremely manual. What do you dislike about TriNet? Everything I mentioned before. If I had to pick a most disliked, it would be the new employee onboarding process. If TriNet won't spring for auto-invites to be sent to new hires, the least they can do is offer an import option for the form the new employee is required to complete. What ...

"Peace of Mind"

What do you like best about TriNet? That I can point my colleagues to TriNet support to ask questions they have about payroll. What do you dislike about TriNet? Kind of pricey but in the end probably worth the expense. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Half of our staff does not live where HQ is located so thankfully we have TriNet to manage the various taxes, laws, etc.

What do you like best about TriNet? The ease of uploading receipts and entering expenses via computer or mobile device is simple. What do you dislike about TriNet? After uploading documents or sending them using the email forwarding option is 'clunky' What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? The easier the expense upload and approval process, the more likely employees will submit items promptly.
