"Trinet client since 2010"

What do you like best about TriNet? Ease of use. Good payroll and benefits company. What do you dislike about TriNet? Support isn't as easy as it used to be before Connect 360. We used to have a dedicated HR person and a dedicated customer support person. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Payroll is easy to manage through Trinet, as well as benefits. Managing employee start dates, I9 information is easy. Leaves me time to focus on my other responsibilities.

"Reliable and Professional Service"

What do you like best about TriNet? Trinet allows me to let HR run in the background so I can focus on other things. If there is a need, I can always reach out but our payroll and benefits through Trinet smoothly and I have few occasions where extra support is needed. What do you dislike about TriNet? "Instrumental service for those that need a full suite of tools"

What do you like best about TriNet? Everything - HR tools, Payroll - they are all very easily administered. What used to take me hours and several different websites is all done under one roof with TriNet What do you dislike about TriNet? Easier benefits administration? Really, nothing is wrong with the service. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Added benefits for employees which was very easy. Payroll needs are met. Just all around work efficiency has improved.

Excellent payroll services

PROS: TriNet works perfectly for our small company. They provide us with excellent service for our payroll and retirement plan needs. They are a huge help in getting us started in said areas and they continue to provide us with quality support service. We very much appreciate how they respond promptly to our concerns. CONS: Their services are quite costly. We would be able to save a little more if we perform administrative tasks and run payroll manually.

We benefit highly from using TriNet

PROS: TriNet has an awesome partner program that helps us get all the resources that we need for business. CONS: We wish we can seek consultations from them for important legal matters.

What do you like best about TriNet? It's very user friendly and has a good interface. I like the analytics it shows in various charts of the breakdown of expenses in the organization What do you dislike about TriNet? It is slightly on the expensive side. What do you like best about TriNet? Ease of use, support and value. Helped implement this at a small scaling start-up when we were using ADP and had minimal and insanely expensive medical coverage costs and terrible support from ADP. Moving over was not difficult and the benefits we received were excellent and competitive and most importantly, affordable. What do you dislike about TriNet?
