What do you like best about TriNet? I like that it is really easy for everyone to use, me as the admin on the accout and platform, and my employees on their platforms. It is very well navigated and I am able to onboard new employees through a virtual walk through on their first day with hardly any questions left to answer. What do you like best about TriNet? I like how easy it is to reach a real person through their customer support if an issue arises and that there are multiple ways of contacting support depending on how urgent your issue is. What do you dislike about TriNet? TriNet reporting is a bit convuluted. They have been working on making things more intuitive though. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about TriNet? They get me sane answer with minimum fuss. For a big company they are remakably reponsive. The 800 number is great. What do you dislike about TriNet? My rep. not really a downside. I just don't deal with her. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Personnel admin.

What do you like best about TriNet? Trinet takes care of many paperwork noone wants to deal with. They are professional and the fact that we have a dedicated agent makes things easier. What do you like best about TriNet? All of our employees are salaried, If there are no changes to be made, we can sit back and payroll will be processed automatically each time. What do you dislike about TriNet? It has been difficult trying to get issues with the filing of Form 5500 resolved.
