What do you like best about TriNet? Both my account manager and payroll representative are amazing. They go above and beyond to assist me anytime I have a question or need something. They make the entire process easier. What do you dislike about TriNet? Had a few bumps in the beginning but thinks have really smoothed out. What do you like best about TriNet? The regular compliance updates and support from their team has been extremely helpful. Additionally, the system is extremely user friendly for both admins and employees. What do you dislike about TriNet? The inability to negotiate benefits rates has been tough for us, especially considering we saw such a large increase for the new year. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? "I thoroughly enjoy using TriNet and love the features that it offers."

What do you like best about TriNet? I love the app and the easy access to all things related to employee payroll at their fingertips. What do you dislike about TriNet? Sometimes, it can be hard to get "cases" handled in a timely manner. Things that should be quick fixes seem to take too long. What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you? Currently our payroll processing day was changed and we are trying to get it changed back. It has been a week w/ no response.

What do you like best about TriNet? I like that it is really easy for everyone to use, me as the admin on the accout and platform, and my employees on their platforms. It is very well navigated and I am able to onboard new employees through a virtual walk through on their first day with hardly any questions left to answer. The payroll platform is very easy to use as well. I also really like the people that I work at TriNet, the customer support is very good. I rarely am left without an ...

"Good access to benefits for small groups but the fees and business practices are ludicrous!"

What do you like best about TriNet? It is an easy-to-use platform and gives small groups access to benefit plans/rates that you normally would not get going independently through a broker. They also handle administrative HR tasks. What do you dislike about TriNet? Their service fees and customer service are terrible. There is no reason to justify paying over $100 per active employee per month. Their platform, while easy to use, is not the best HRIS out there and we have to supplement it ...

I like how easy it is to reach a real person through their customer support if an issue arises and that there are multiple ways of contacting support depending on how urgent your issue is.
