"Easy to use customer contact channel"

What do you like best about Trengo? Combining e-mail, website chat and support What do you dislike about Trengo? You can not translate all functions in different languages. "Extensive product functionalities, personal support"

What do you like best about Trengo? We changed from Gorgias to Trengo because we had the need of using 'customer profiles' in order to keep track of calls and what they were about. Since Gorgias had a lot of downtime and bugs, using Trengo is a relief. I have the feeling that it's easier to use for our customer support agents that are used to e-mail clients like Outlook. "Super convenient"

What do you like best about Trengo? You can communicate with customers and employees alike and get immediate response. The friendly user interface is what's most appealing and wonderful to use. I can recommend this platform to anyone. What do you dislike about Trengo? The only downside is that you cannot communicate after 24 hours with the said customer as there seems to be a time constraint, and you need to send a template again, and you do not always want to use a template again. "Customer Service for various channels"

What do you like best about Trengo? I love the quick replies and how easy it is to manage multiple channels within the same account! What do you dislike about Trengo? The tags could get associated with emails, so when a particular customer send an email that tag is already there. What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? We receive all the emails in one inbox and that is helpful, but sometimes it crashes, hopefully durong the times they are updating it.

What do you like best about Trengo? Trengo is a great all round platform that helps us to manage all of our communication channels in a central place. What do you like best about Trengo? It's very intuitive, and user friendly, I really like the appearance as well. What do you dislike about Trengo? I think so far, it's working well!
