What do you like best about Trengo? Having a platform that combines all communication channels What do you dislike about Trengo? The use of templates for Whatsapp Business What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? We had the issue of not knowing wether a colleague had already kept contact with the client. Next to this when a client sent us a message we did not have the option of connecting the orders and history of the client.

What do you like best about Trengo? As a customer support employee, I am very happy with Trengo. It is easier to keep track of the different channels through which our customers contact us. This allows us to have more time for other important matters. I also like the fact that everyone can take over each other's tickets, should this be neccesary. What do you dislike about Trengo? "Horrible Customer support"

What do you like best about Trengo? Its has all the basic features for a multi channel messaging system. What do you dislike about Trengo? Customer support can take hours to reply to your message via Whatsapp on Scale subscription and when they transfer you to the technical team expect a reply after 48 hours minimum. Even then, the reply does not address the issues your experincing but confirms their system is working fine neglecting what you asked them to do to check and recreate the issue ...

What do you dislike about Trengo? If you keep in mind that it is a system that is constantly being adjusted and improved, then annoyances are not too bad and it can only get better. What do you like best about Trengo? I like that it has almost all feature you need as a business and that everything can be tailored to your business needs. trengo is Flexible. What do you dislike about Trengo? With us subscribing to enterprise, we epxect instant support but unfortunately we dont. Hopefully that will be fixed soon.
