"Great customer service tool which works very self explanatory"

What do you like best about Trengo? We use the software for customer service and the best thing is that it very self explanatory. We did'nt need to put much effort to learn to use it. Also for the technical implementation it was easy and it was setup in a day or so. We use it every day and so far we did'nt have any downtime! Keep up the good work team Trengo! What do you like best about Trengo? The upside in Trengo comes two-fold. First, it is more affordable than similar alternatives. "Easy to use"

What do you like best about Trengo? I like that you can create different channels and give access to certain people or keep them privet so you get it all in one play! What do you dislike about Trengo? I don't use it to the full potential I am sure. i use Slack for all my major communication. This is great for emails and CS though! What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? We use them as a email platform for when customers need to connect with us or we send contracts

What do you like best about Trengo? I am glad we are using Trengo because it's a funnel for all of our communication platforms. WhatsApp, Webshop chat, you can answer all of these in just one application. What do you dislike about Trengo? The only thing is that whenever you copy and paste certain texts from different platforms such as your webpage or outlook e-mails Trengo tends to put a box around the pasted texts.
