What do you like best about Trengo? Nicky has been gone over and above in training me What do you dislike about Trengo? I wasnt made aware I couldt use my Whatsapp business number and would lose it if I moved it over to Trengo What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? Mass messaging

"Goede begeleiding door Nicky"

What do you like best about Trengo? Trengo is een tool met veel mogelijkheden waardoor het beantwoorden van klantvragen, via verschillende kanalen, overzichtelijk gemaakt wordt. Daarnaast kan het door de koppeling met bijv. Klaviyo ook gebruikt worden voor marketing doeleinden. "Great tool for our Team to organise & respond to WhatsApp enquiries"

What do you like best about Trengo? Trengo is really simple to use, the interface is straightforward and our team picked up how to use the system really quickly. The on-boarding was fantastic, and support was always provided. The team always make sure you are getting the most out of the system. For us, we use Trengo to manage our WhatsApp enquiries, we love how we now have full visability of all chats within the team and monitor the anayltics of chats. "Easy, handy and good working platform"

What do you like best about Trengo? All users can work as a team on one WhatsApp channel. What do you dislike about Trengo? Still some small features missing, nothing big. What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? We use to have multiple WhatsApp numbers and now we can use one WhatsApp number with multiple users.

What do you like best about Trengo? Erg goede begeleiding, bij uitdagingen staat er snel iemand klaar om te helpen. What do you dislike about Trengo? Soms kan het wat onoverzichtelijk zijn wie wat behandeld binnen ons team. What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? Communicatie via één centraal nummer en platform.

"Even wennen"

What do you like best about Trengo? Alles is in een scherm makkelijk te zien en om notities door te geven aan je collega's. Omdat wij nog in de begin fase zitten worden wij ook heel blij van Nicky haar enthousiasme en uitleg! What do you dislike about Trengo? Dat je niet alles kan aanpassen wat je wel en niet wilt zien en volgorde van bijvoorbeeld kanalen of mailboxen. What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? Allemaal losse schermen en mail berichten. Bespaard tijd.

What do you like best about Trengo? Ik vind het versturen van bulk berichten heel fijn. What do you dislike about Trengo? dat de gesprekken niet automatisch in onze database Bullhorn komen. What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? We beschikken over zoveel data en willen op een efficiënte manier in contact komen met kandidaten via een laagdrempelige manier. WA business integration biedt hierin de juiste uitkomst.
