"Great way to centralize all communication channels"

What do you like best about Trengo? Trengo allows us to centralize all communication, both internally and with clients, across channels. From WhatsApp to email, and Facebook Messenges to live chat messages, there is now a single place to manage everything. What do you like best about Trengo? Trengo's inbox for all channels incluced is very helpful. One inbox that combines e-mails, social media messages and phone calls is what we were looking for and we're glad that Trengo could fullfill our needs in this. What do you dislike about Trengo? "Perfect for collaboration"

What do you like best about Trengo? That you can assisgn email to the right people. The start had little addoption issues because we needed to learn new things. The customor support didn't give me a satisfied feeling. I asked my question in Dutch language and they responded to me in English, with a 1 day delay (If you need help, you need it now and nog in 1-3 business days). "Great product and service"

What do you like best about Trengo? We love having all elements of our customer service together - email, Instagram and Whatsapp were most important to us. Plus, great service from our onboarding. What do you dislike about Trengo? Not much to dislike about Trengo - great product. What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you?
