"Nikki was incredibly kind, helpfull and knowledgeable"

What do you like best about Trengo? That multiple people can use one whatsapp channel What do you dislike about Trengo? That you have to start new conversations from a template What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? Mutiple planners and operrational managers used whatsapp, but constantly had to bring each other up to speed on what happened during their shift. That's no longer needed.

"Refreshing customer service automation software."

What do you like best about Trengo? Reliability and efficiency in one. Also excellent customer service , fast, friendly and problem solving. What do you dislike about Trengo? Setting tasks or settings retroactively would be a very nice option in the future. What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? Again, because of outstanding customer service. The response time is very fast.

What do you like best about Trengo? WhatsApp broadcasting, combining channels. What do you dislike about Trengo? Usability and minor features could be improved, but they're working on it. What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? Reaching customers in WhatsApp groups.

What do you like best about Trengo? Alright, so picking the best thing about Trengo is kinda tough because, honestly, they've got a lot of room for improvement. But if we really gotta highlight something, it's their gutsy move to create their own 'Team Chat' to go head-to-head with Slack. "Great experience, Nicky was nice and patient"

What do you like best about Trengo? need to work with it more in order to answer it. However, I'd like to have the option to downlad all the tickets and to have the optin to serch a word and get all the tickets that this word include in (befor I label them). In addition, because I use the lable after I already have data over thier, I'd wish that I could to autotaicly label all the past tickets that have been already clsed. Hope that's clear. What do you like best about Trengo? All our Whatsapp messages are monitored and answered now by 20 people at the same time. We could not do this wit Whatsapp Business, so Trengo is a big improvement What do you dislike about Trengo? The fact that we're not able to have groupchats anymore.
