"Lots of promise, lots of bugs"

What do you like best about Trengo? True omnichannel and good sms and voice support compared to other help desk. What do you dislike about Trengo? Voice support is buggy -- outbound phone calls to 3rd parties often unpredictably dial user phones instead of the numbers dialed. Pricing is arbitrary and changes. Not a good value per user fee. What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? Centralizing all customer communication is useful, including sms and voice.

What do you like best about Trengo? I'm not one to leave reviews but Trengo has been a game changer for us. As a small e-commerce business our small team struggled to keep on top of the many channels our customers contacted us by. Normal 'ticketing' tools felt too cumbersome, and it was hard to find a tool that integrated into all the Social Media platforms we use. What do you like best about Trengo? The staff is really helpfull! They always try to provide us with detailed information on any specific issue which we are interested in. "Great customer support software"

What do you like best about Trengo? Trengo is really flexible, allows for multiple chat widgets and multiple knowledge bases. We have two very different audiences and Trengo allows us to easily manage them all in one place. And they have a proper single inbox with chat, email and SMS all-in-one place.
