What do you like best about Trengo? What I love about Trengo is how user-friendly it is. Very easy to use so onboarding new agents is a breeze. When we faced a few issues regarding our account, their support team was beyond helpful. They were very responsive and it was a delight working with them. Highly reccomend Trengo! "Great customer support tool & widget is easy to implement."

What do you like best about Trengo? The widget is pretty nice, as it is highly adaptable. With the flowbots you can set up great chats. What do you dislike about Trengo? One feature thats missing for us is the ability to link specific FAQ pages within the widget. What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? Having all customer support requests in one channel.

"Very helpful for the right customer service"

What do you like best about Trengo? We really like that we can assign the right mails to the right person. Regarding this we can offer the best service that we like to our customers. Besides that the quick replies mails are amazing. This saves our whole team a lot of work. What do you dislike about Trengo? We are still waiting for the moment we can send a mail to our whole team. Unfortunately it isn't possible yet to make a bulk mail. This would help our HR department a lot. What problems ...

"I would 100% recommend Trengo but..."

What do you like best about Trengo? All the integration and functionality on Trengo is great! We are using almost everything this tool can provide to us. With multiple branches, this is very useful. "Affordable and intuitive, but lacking in stability and new features"

What do you like best about Trengo? Trengo is so easy to learn and use by teams of any size. The design is beautiful and straightforward. The pricing is fair to any business size. What do you dislike about Trengo? They take a long time to fix critical bugs such as channel integrations for Twitter and Instagram which have taken years now.
