Waarbij de mail helemaal ingesteld kan worden met snelle antwoorden, labels over het onderwerp en verschillende kanalen. "Love the basis of the product, full potential is pending"

What do you like best about Trengo? I like that it's slick & no-nonsense, WhatsApp integration is very helpful which is one of the key reasons we went for it. Seems to work well from a customer point of view. It's relatively easy to use, chat internally on threads, and wasn't a huge headache to set up. I also think it's good value. "Overall a decent product"

What do you like best about Trengo? Automations are good and a lot of channels can be added. UI is user friendly What do you dislike about Trengo? Twitter DM channel has its flaws and Trengo is unable to fix this What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? Unified communication channel for all of our agents.
