"Great Product"

What do you like best about Trengo? All of our messaging in one place. Not having to deal with different platforms. What do you dislike about Trengo? Nothing! Everything seems to work as it should. What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to respond to all Instant Messaging platforms as well as website chat seamlessly.

"Smooth communications with B2B Clients"

What do you like best about Trengo? For me it's mostly about the design of the app, it makes it so easy to navigate on multiple chats and emails. What do you dislike about Trengo? Sometimes we will continously receive an empty glitched email without any information. What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? I haven't contacted Trengo to help me solve the glitched emails issue

What do you like best about Trengo? It's pretty much an all in one packet of channels that come together in one system. We like how user friendly the Trengo environment is as well. What do you dislike about Trengo? My negative experiences so far are with support not understanding the question I'm asking. What do you like best about Trengo? Communicate with customers via their preferred channel, work together in team inboxes, All channels in one inbox, no more checking different apps and emails. "Great tool for multi-channel customer service"

What do you like best about Trengo? Trengo helps us to organize the incoming messages from our customers. The tool is very easy to use and offers a great overview as well as many very useful features such as ticket labels, automatic rules, quick replies or the reminder function.
