What do you like best about Trengo? Trengo gives an opportunity to get all your messages from different channels within one inbox. What do you like best about Trengo? De communicatie met het Trengo, in het bijzonder met onze contactpersonen Charlotte en Tygo, verliep erg soepel en goed. Ze helpen je goed op weg met het platform, net zo lang totdat je het eigen hebt gemaakt! What do you dislike about Trengo? Het vergt enige tijd om Trengo eigen te maken vanwege de vele mogelijkheden. What do you like best about Trengo? Great customer service from Trengo and a helpcenter that helps you further. There are also multiple options and channels for your own customer support which is great. Especially that you can connext to Whatsapp Business What do you dislike about Trengo? "Very happy customer! Team Trengo is always available for a chat and questions :)"

What do you like best about Trengo? Team Trengo is always reachable! You can ask every question and can always help you when you have problems. Also, the system itself has a very nice look and feel. Every channel that you wish can added to it. What do you dislike about Trengo? We really want to be able to measure more via reports in Trengo such as employee activity tracking, flowbot performance reports and be able to assign a status to a team member. "Excellent customer Success management"

What do you like best about Trengo? The collaboration with the Customer Success Officer was personalized, smooth and very informative. It is good to feel supported when setting up a new platform. What do you dislike about Trengo? The only drawback is that it is a bit hard to set up and connect to the channel as part of the meta-tracking solution. But I guess that's the same for all CRM platforms. What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? Integrate whatsapp to a web widget

"Great plataform but incomplete"

What do you like best about Trengo? All in one dashboard, understable interfaz What do you dislike about Trengo? support help leaves spaces, and is late, reports and statistics are not useful customer succes manager could be mor helpful, the reports don´t works What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? anything, we have had many issues with the plataform and they don't come back to solve it

What do you like best about Trengo? We hebben nu een overzichtelijk programma waarin alle klantenvragen binnenkomen en door de flowbot wordt het grootste deel al weggewerkt. What do you dislike about Trengo? Helaas werkt Trengo nog niet helemaal optimaal met de socials What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? Ons bedrijf heeft in een korte tijd een hoge piek aan berichten, dus de flowbot is een fijne uitkomst.
