What do you like best about Trengo? Easy to set up. You can gather all your communication channels in one place. Very useful to chat with colleagues using internal comments. What do you dislike about Trengo? the 24 hours window for responding to whatsapp messages is not suitable with our business as we have weekly days off. What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? keeping records of our interactions and conversations, measuring our SLA and response speed.

"A great decision for our customer service team!"

What do you like best about Trengo? Trengo is extremely easy to use and easy to implement. Our transition from our previous plaatform was very smooth, and our team has become far more efficient dealing with customer service tickets. The support we received from our Onboarding Manager, Julian, was excellent and he was very responsive to our questions and needs. What do you dislike about Trengo?
