What do you like best about Trengo? fast and easy track of our customer service interactions. What do you dislike about Trengo? the 24 hours window for responding to whatsapp messages is not suitable with our business as we have weekly days off. What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? keeping records of our interactions and conversations, measuring our SLA and response speed.
