The glue that binds everything together

What do you like best? Infinite possibilities to automate. Every day another use case appears that this offering was the best choice for our area of the business. My problem now is not having enough hours in the day to complete all of them. Everyone who has spent time in their platform has fallen in love with it. What do you dislike? Teaming capabilities are currently lacking but there is a release slated soon that will address this. Once this is in place, it will be a lot easier to ...

Tray.io automates event management workflow for 65,000 person healthcare organization.

What do you like best? I’m happy that we found Tray. The solution works flawlessly, the customer support is great, and the continued innovation will help us automate more in years to come. Now we have 75 staff members using the solution to automate management of all our community outreach efforts across all of our facilities. What do you dislike? We’re extremely busy at Northwell Health and sometimes I don’t have the bandwidth to add high complexity workflows in Tray myself. In ...

Tray.io

What do you like best? Tray makes it easy to solve complex integration issues with a robust, reliable, and intuitive platform for workflow automation. What do you dislike? In a professional setting, there's a learning curve to the GUI that makes it difficult to on-board other users. This could potentially be alleviated by adding detail to the flow-chart representation of each workflow. In a personal setting, Tray is insanely easy to use on personal projects, but the pricing model ...

Zapier on Steroids!

What do you like best? Infinite flexibility—Tray.io can connect with any endpoint of any REST API and perform transformations, conditionals, and other complex functions with reliability and ease. I've used it to help clients realize super complex automation tasks with incredible budget efficiency, and without needing to rely on prebuilt integration endpoints. Endless conditionals — unlike Zapier and other cloud service automation platforms, Tray lets you create many branching if/then ...

Tray is helping power our sales ops

What do you like best? Huge savings on development time. The ability to put together complex integrations between our backend and 3rd party services using a GUI What do you dislike? Could have more tutorial videos on each integration What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We wanted a way to get our sales operations up and running quickly, by using Tray we managed to plug several different services together including Salesforce without ...

Tray Rocks

What do you like best? You can connect almost any tool to create custom and powerful integrations. It’s easy to map the data you care about into your core tooling. It’s also incredibly flexible, allowing you to quickly deploy, test, and debug without issues. What do you dislike? It took a bit of time to fully understand how to use Tray. They have a great support team, however. They help you get started, if needed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Automation between Salesforce and Asana

What do you like best? Tray service and professional service - did all the necessary integration. Very professional team. What do you dislike? Probably the only disadvantage is the complexity of the management system. Managing the flows looks complex to me, but on the other hand, only with the complexity we managed to reach the required automation. Recommendations to others considering the product: Tray is Zapier on steroids. It has all the integrations, and it can automate ...

A multitool for business operations

What do you like best? The flexibility to implement on different platforms and easy to use UI, it's like having a quick programmer in reach without the need for extensive technical knowledge. What do you dislike? Some processes get a bit complex and support is needed to finish it as they'll need to explain or propose the correct steps in the workflow, their support response times is usually not the best and hitting complex problems can take a while. Recommendations to others ...

Excellent Low-Code Solution

What do you like best? Simplest IPAAS to set up and learn. We compared a couple different options, and this was the simplest one to set up and get our staff running with. Priced competitively and handled everything we through at it. From integrating with warehouses, customer care, email marketing, billing, data warehousing - all of the software that runs our business. What do you dislike? Disliked how version control currently works. They are working on a new version. ...

A Non-developer's Dream Integration Platform!

What do you like best? Tray.io is an amazing solution for technically savvy managers, leaders, systems owners, and operations people to connect your technology stack in more powerful ways. I'm also a fan of solutions like Zapier and Piesync for simple or more "out-of-the-box" solutions, but Tray gives you more insight, flexibility, and depth to build a custom workflow that meets your needs without developer resources. If you have some engineering time on your hands (or even basic ...
