Adequate for functionality.

What do you like best? Gives me a app for reporting expenses to management. What do you dislike? Lack of customization of expense categories. Recommendations to others considering the product: Very basic, and almost user friendly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Allows me to send the required photos of my receipts to corporate for expense reporting.

Simplistic and limited

What do you like best? TravelBank has a nice logo. I'm not sure what else to say. What do you dislike? TravelBank is ultimately too simplistic of a system to be of much use. The web interface is an afterthought and barely works at the best of times. The interactions between adding expenses and adding them to an expense report are clunky and confusing. Streamlined Travel Booking

What do you like best? The search is easy to use, the interface is nice, and the booking process is super fast since there's no need to enter payment info. What do you dislike? Some airlines had a nice discount, but not all, and it wasn't the easiest to go back and revise my search after selecting flights; I had to begin a new search. Efficient way to track and book your travel, with great potential rewards!

What do you like best? TravelBank has great rewards (Amazon & AirBnB) that I am very likely to use and work towards. I have already claimed an Amazon gift card which I used immediately. Customer service is wonderful - the chat bubble shows who is available and who is away, as well as emailing you a copy of their response if you are away from the chat window. What do you dislike? Easy to Use

What do you like best? TravelBank is easy to use and has a clean interface. I love that you can forward receipts easily and they will automatically show up. I like the auto-population of receipts as well. What do you dislike? If you have a lot of expenses to load in it can be a bit repetitive to type in all the fields related and choose the categories for the expenses. Easy for Expenses and essential On the go traveling

What do you like best? Easy to fill out expense reports for work. No need to keep receipts. Quick and simple to send and share with anyone. Its is amazing how it can pull of the data off of scanning reciepts What do you dislike? It doesn't seem to pull the dates off the receipts and I have to enter that manually.
