Great service, and highly recommended

What do you like best? Travel bank is helpful in the ease of use of their platform. The service and interface makes business easy. What do you dislike? A little laggy at times and sometimes there were slow response times. Recommendations to others considering the product: For ease of expense and travel management I recommend it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Expense management for my business.

Easy to use

What do you like best? The close integration with our Accounting Department makes it easy to get reimbursed for travel expenses. What do you dislike? That you get estimates for business travel. When I did my own search on Google Flights I was able to save more money for my company. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not bad but not great

What do you like best? Travelbank reimburses relatively quickly What do you dislike? The user experience isn't great; One of my employees has a Chase bank account but his reimbursements never go through. A customer service rep has to manually push it through. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sometimes Travelbank says there's an error in submitting a report, so I resubmit it, but then it ends up going through twice.

Very easy to use

What do you like best? Able to track expenses with just a few seconds and then submit reports at the end of the period with ease. What do you dislike? Don't really have anything I don't like about it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Used to hand in a stack of receipts at the end of the period. I am responsible for 6 locations so keeping track of which receipt is for who was a pain. Now I have an expense report for each location.

TravelBank saves time and money!

What do you like best? The ability to keep track of my expenses so efficiently. I also like the ability to keep track of my receipts and have them tally automatically! This really saves me time when I have to consolidate my travel expenses into a reimbursement report! What do you dislike? Nothing - it all seems very valuable and useful. Great App

What do you like best? It is a great app to use while traveling for work as it allows you to track the expenses that you acquire during your trip and categorize it appropriately. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike. I do wish it would offer a little more flexibility. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Expenses while traveling that are not captured on the company credit card.

Easy to use

What do you like best? This app is easy to use, does what I need it to do, and is free! What do you dislike? No problems. Easy to use interface but didn’t seem to be the best price available

What do you like best? Travel bank provides an easy to use interface for booking trips. What do you dislike? Business traveler may not care about this aspect but pricing was unsatisfactory. Simple yet effwctive

What do you like best? Ease of use, user friendly and intuitive. It’s not cumbersome like other travel apps I’ve used. Easy to reconcile, track expenses and receipts. What do you dislike? Somewhat of a lag in the app on my iPhone at times. Slow to load. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Spend much less time fumbling with receipts, organizing and reconciling weekly and more.

Great expense management application

What do you like best? Travelbank is a disruptive application b/c of its pricing model. Rather then roll out expense management to only employees that travel frequently such as sales, we have now rolled out travelbank to all employees and it allows us to use it for various internal programs and benefits we want to offer our employees.
