Employee Data Upload

Has Client's interest at heart

Trakstar is an AMAZING company. They customize your appraisals to your company's needs and culture. You are NEVER pigeon-holed into a process that you HAVE TO MAKE WORK because that's just the way the program is set up. Instead...they set the program up that works BEST for YOUR needs. How many software companies do that?????

Transitioning our organization from an Excel-based, manual system to Trakstar was a great decision that has produced great results.

Trakstar allows us to get much more detailed feedback, greater consistency across the organization, and a standardized schedule for appraisals. We've tested and used other systems costing significantly more per employee that produced no better results. Pros:Excellent process automation, customizable reminder emails, ability to clearly define scores, outstanding and fast-responding customer service. Love it!

We are currently in the implementation phase but everybody has been great to work with. Trakstar does everything we want it do and is easy to learn. We look forward to getting this pushed out to our entire team within the month.
