Great solution for tracking employees' reviews

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We can easily track our employee’s completion, self-evaluations and managing reviews. As admins we are able to review and see each employee’s process so we can provide coaching if needed. Its autoreminders for completing appraisals saves huge amount of time and helps us to stay on the track. I love that all appraisals and scores are in one place instead on the paper. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I used other tools but they didn’t offer features that this product offers. Trakstar allows me to take notes on each employee’s behavior so I can access from stream of consciousness to some formal behaviors at the end of each review cycle. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The product is customizable, we can easily create performance review so we can align with the job descriptions. Our employees and managers can add notes about their accomplishments and to add in to the employee review. We get reminders and status notifications to the managers and employees.
