Great inventory and B2B tool

What do you like best? It can deal with our enormous stock, gives Inventory, Billing and Inventory and a B2B online business arrangement related PO's as a backend to a few center SAAS based bookkeeping frameworks. Incorporation among TradeGecko and different items ranges from great to fantastic. What do you like best? Inventory tracking between warehouses and stockists. It is the reason I upgraded the package What do you dislike? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of stock! Easily making purchase orders and sales orders is also a neat extra that I initially did not think I needed.

Clunky, but robust

What do you like best? The platform has a lot of features that make it a robust inventory management offering. What do you dislike? The UX interface is not intuitive, slow, and is reminiscent of late-2000s-era websites. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to track inventory in multiple locations, including understanding what is in transit, what is on order, and on hand.

What do you like best? It bridges the gap between our ecommerce platform and accounts system allowing us to manage stock, sales and purchasing easily. It has become the hub for our day to day business. What do you dislike? It can be slightly restrictive when you need to get creative on orders. For instance, if a customer calls to change shipping address to a temporary location. You have to add this to their profile. It would be much easier if they had an alternative shipping address ...

Great tool with potential, needs some work.

What do you like best? Tradegecko is well designed and easy to use. What do you dislike? Delay in correcting bugs. Don't listen to customers suggestions. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It offers a way for small businesses to combine all their sales channels.

The missing link!

What do you like best? We love that tradegecko manages our inventory on a higher level. Everything from keeping track of the moving average cost of an item to syncing the inventory of our wholesale business with our direct to customer business. Also, we love that TradeGecko is our hub for our inventory, customer and supplier info. What do you dislike? What do you like best? That it offers inventory management, invoice raising and customer management What do you dislike? That it doesn't update automatically, that after you move stock, you then have to go and accept it. I also really dislike the new interface, where history tab is off the far right, but I dislike even more, that you can't see product details (or even basic details like barcode, when you are looking at product history or location. What do you like best? You can tell that it's built from the ground up with e-commerce in mind. What do you dislike? Slow load sometimes. The order -> ship -> invoice cycle is "a little bit to smart". There is a lot of status options on a current order and I find it sometimes hard to understand what kind of action will result in what kind of status change.
