It is so much more convenient for us, especially with the security we no longer have to call and explain that we have guests coming. It helps us feel much safer that we only allow those on the security list full access.

Traction Guest is already very user-friendly, but when you have an issue or need clarification, their support team is very quick to respond and always very helpful. This is very important, especially when implementing a new VMS system for a large company with multiple locations.

I had my concerns knowing that I would have to do a majority of the heavy lifting getting the system set up without IT assistance and that was nervewracking.
