What do you like best about Sign In Solutions? Sign In Solutions has the best tips and assistance within their platform, but also respond very quickly for any help requests that I submit. I also have a regular touch base with my Rep!

What do you like best about Sign In Solutions? The feature I appreciate is being able to message customer support through their chat box. The system is easy to use and learn but allows you to connect with 3rd party programs in a way that helps our business function.

What do you like best about Sign In Solutions? The system is highly customizable. Traction Guest allows us to modify and adjust visitor experiences when signing in that fit our needs perfectly. We are able to collect all the information we need for any type of visitor that comes through our doors.

"Great System and Cost Effective"
What do you like best about Sign In Solutions? The signinapp lobby / visitor /employee management system is really quite easy to use once you have it set up. I purchased an iPad 10.2" and a secure stand to have it mount onto the reception desk area. Installed the app, set up on the web and was up and running quickly. We are on Google Workspace but for now I have just uploaded a CSV with our employee names and email addresses for notification from the system. The chat / support is really ...

What do you like best about Sign In Solutions? The integrations TractionGuest has with G Suite, Slack and Google Drive make it invaluable to our organization. Another feature we really love is being able to pull up a list of every guest at every location, which is critical during emergencies.
