What do you like best about Sign In Solutions? I like the resources available through SIE Campus, plus the ability to chat with support and get any questions I ask answered. I really appreciated that Ana continued meeting with me, answered my questions and followed up with me via email as well.

What do you like best about Sign In Solutions? Sign In Solutions has the best tips and assistance within their platform, but also respond very quickly for any help requests that I submit. I also have a regular touch base with my Rep!

What do you like best about Sign In Solutions? The customer support of the app is the best. We have bi-weekly meetings with the Traction Guest customer support folks to address any issues/new features we need. The post-launch support team is also very responsive.

What do you like best about Sign In Solutions? The system is highly customizable. Traction Guest allows us to modify and adjust visitor experiences when signing in that fit our needs perfectly. We are able to collect all the information we need for any type of visitor that comes through our doors.

What do you like best about Sign In Solutions? The signinapp lobby / visitor /employee management system is really quite easy to use once you have it set up. I purchased an iPad 10.2" and a secure stand to have it mount onto the reception desk area. Installed the app, set up on the web and was up and running quickly.
