What do you like best? Trackvia is very user-friendly and dynamic, if your brain think of it, Trackvia can make it happen. What do you dislike? I highly dislike that it is not thought for multi-language, there´s no localization services and it forces you to have several forms and views of the same data and you waste a lot of time translating and making sure everything is consistent. What do you like best? I like its ease of use and flexibility. We are at the early stages of implementation but can already see the promise it holds for us. We expect to be able to use TrackVia to replace other products. What do you dislike? So far, there's nothing I dislike about this product. What do you like best? The support! With the platform being tailored to our company needs, having a team that is extremely knowledgeable about the product, allows us to build some crazy stuff. What do you dislike? The transition into version 2.0. We came from their first version and the transition wasn't a smooth one. It's the backbone of our business

What do you like best? The customize-ability. Our business doesn't fit the model of off-the-shelf apps so the ability to customize trackvia has been essential to our success. What do you dislike? The reporting capabilities are lacking, but we've been able to use an API to use Google reporting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's how we run almost all processes in our business.
