Easy for scheduling staff

What do you like best? It is very convenient for scheduling my medical assistants and receptionists for their shifts. They have easy access to the app so they can check their schedule at anytime. What do you dislike? I would like to edit the schedule from the app and not just the website on desktop. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Giving staff easy access to their schedules.

Easy to use scheduling platform

What do you like best? TrackSmart scheduling web-based platform is easy to use. It has helped the organization made the shift scheduling process much smooth. I liked the fact that the system allowed us to schedule staff shifts at ease. The fact that employee can go online and view their schedule is a plus. Also, it empowers your employee to be able to swap their shift with other employee which is very convenient for employee in the time they needed the most. Best of all, I love that ...

Tracksmart scheduler is simple!

What do you like best? I like that you can open the app and see your weekly schedule without trouble. What do you dislike? There isn’t much else it is used for other than scheduling. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would recommend using all of the features of Tracksmart and not just scheduling What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Requesting time off and knowing what location I am working is most beneficial.
