"A product that delivers with a fantastic support team"

What do you like best about Tracker? What's most helpful about Tracker is the people themselves. Anytime that we have a concern or potential situation that needs to be worked through, it is so easy to access support and get the guidance we need to be able to complete our projects. "Great ATS and CRM for Recruiters!"

What do you like best about Tracker? All of the basics are covered...and then some! What do you dislike about Tracker? Needs the ability to budget a project and then compare hours worked to the remaining budget. What problems is Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracker allows us to keep clients and contractors in one place. Adding Time to this allows us to track what those contractors are doing for those clients!

What do you like best about Tracker? Tracker is a top-notch product with a great flexible user interface, ease of use, small learning curve, and an amazing support team. What do you dislike about Tracker? No much. The robust reporting features are a little trick to learn at first but once you familiarize yourself they become a great tool. "Mostly works for us"

What do you like best about Tracker? Our goal is to have a single source of truth, and seems like most of Tracker's capabilities could get us there. What do you dislike about Tracker? The UX can be very clunky sometimes. There is a lot of unnecessary clicking, and I find it not always intuitive. What problems is Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you? A central place to put candidate and client info. But need help with reporting capabilities to truly understand the value.

"Helpful transition to a forward thinking ATS"

What do you like best about Tracker? So far we love the amount of customization along with the "out-of-box" features. We really appreciate the support team and migration team as well. They have been very helpful in transitioning our team of 20 to the new platform and answering everyone's questions. The team really enjoys the workflow and time-saving automations.
