"Surprisingly effective, easy to use and solid back end"
What do you like best about Tracker? Trackers ease of use make it very friendly to smaller companies that have limited resrouces for training. If you understand the job or recruiting, onboarding, selling in the recruiting industry, the tool is quite easy. Job postings are also quick and easy. "Tracker has really helped us improve our business process and efficiency"
What do you like best about Tracker? It's both ATS and CRM and having everything in one place has been transformative. The additional features - marketing, client portals, timesheeting etc - have meant that we can centralise a huge proportion of what we do into the one platform. "Powerful and User Friendly"
What do you like best about Tracker? I like all of the capabilities within the tool and how every feature is user-friendly. What do you dislike about Tracker? There are a lot of features and it can be challenging to navigate through all of the tools correctly at times. I also may just need more training but 1:1 live trainings would be helpful. What problems is Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping track of all of out past and present clients.

What do you like best about Tracker? - Easily accessible and comprehensive training materials and support documents. In addition, if we can't find a solution to an issue by searching support documents, we then use the online chat -- and it has been a fantastic experience. What do you like best about Tracker? This service is incredibly helpful at actively managing your database of candidates for recruitment services with a robust system that beats out competitors. What do you like best about Tracker? THe ability to customize to fit our needs. What do you dislike about Tracker? would like se t timeline for new "feature requests", even if there was a cost involved. What problems is Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you? "Super helpful in clarifying my questions"
What do you like best about Tracker? The chatbot staff are VERY responsive. It is also a pretty comprehensive platform in terms of the amount of work you can document and then your ability to run reports. What do you dislike about Tracker? VERY clunky platform. It is not user-friendly and hard to navigate.
