Effective, Clean and Simple

What do you like best? Having a live platform to pull plan on remotely has been very effective and beneficial, especially during times where we cannot gather in a group. What do you dislike? Navigating Touchplan can sometimes be choppy and difficult. It would be helpful if projects can be filtered by trade so different workflows can be seen. What do you like best? The little comments and tutorials help a lot. What do you dislike? It is confusing the first time around with touch plan especially with zooming in. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This keeps everything organized and simple.

Touchplan for Subs

What do you like best? The ability to save and continually see the plan as it evolves What do you dislike? Set up can be daunting. It can take a while to get everyone in, swim lanes set up and to view on a small screen. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used touchplan to be able to deliver training on pull plans remotely. We will continue to use it to be able to train our foreman on properly using it to be most effective with our GCs

Raise The Bar For Pull Planning

What do you like best? Interaction with subcontractors not physically present and allowing them to be a part of the discussion. NO MORE STICKIES!! That is a huge plus.
