"Totango is extremely intuitive and lets me take care of my customers easily."

What do you like best about Totango? I love how it allows segmenting customers based on specific criteria and I can set campaigns directly from Totango. What do you dislike about Totango? I don't like that I can't view all of my customers at the same time. What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you? It's helping me stay on top of my customers with an easy-to-use task manager, and it helps me identify information gaps for each customer through the segments feature.

What do you like best about Totango? Task are not hard to find and It is really a friendly flatform What do you dislike about Totango? None, I really enjoy using totango because it help me alot in work. What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you? "Easy & Intuitive!"

What do you like best about Totango? I find Totango to be a handy tool not only for Individual contributors but for Admins as well! It helps me work cross-functionally with other departments for customer outreach and communication. From my experience, Totango is by far high in class compared to competitors like Catalyst! "Care for your customers, all in one place"

What do you like best about Totango? Support Team going the extra mile to meet my needs, especially Lydia, Katie, Jeremy and the rest What do you dislike about Totango? Lot of functionality so there is a big learning curve, but no way around that What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you? Totango does have the majority of functionality needed for a large organization. Perhaps more functionality overall for SF subaccounts.

"Making life easier for my team"

What do you like best about Totango? The ability to customize just about every aspect of the customer relationship is critical; the tool conforms to our workflow instead of forcing us into pre-defined tracks/roles/journeys. What do you like best about Totango? All of the editable attributes that let you track specific journey points on the customer journey. What do you dislike about Totango? None that I can think of. Everything has been working for us. What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you? Visibility of all of my team's customers so we don't have to take as much time reviewing in our weekly meetings.
