"They are working daily to provide leadership in the Customer Journey Experience"

What do you like best about Totango? Totango has given us the ability to see things that we just could not see before. It is improving all the time, and the support that we get is top-notch. What do you like best about Totango? Totango offers the same features, functionality, and value as others in the space for a fraction of the cost. Not only that, but they have an outstanding team that is helpful and responsive. What do you dislike about Totango? What do you like best about Totango? I like that all of the information within a specific customer's account is in one place and easy to find. What do you dislike about Totango? I'm not too fond of having to switch back and forth between Overview, Timeline, Plan and Usage to get the full picture of how our client is using our product. What do you like best about Totango? - very user-friendly application - saves time by automating tasks - great CS & support team What do you dislike about Totango? Some updates/health scores/other customer insights are not made instantaneous and happen over night. What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you? Previous CS tool was discontinued. Totango saves time by automating daily tasks. Provides a great look into client health for the entire organization.

What do you like best about Totango? Totango organizes the most important customer data seamlessly. With the ability to important reports from Salesforce and filter what you need for specific outreach, it makes it easier to find the information you need when you need it.
