What do you like best about Totango? Availablity of details in a single page. What do you dislike about Totango? Nothing at this moment. I am happy with the totago experience. What do you like best about Totango? Health scores, success blocs, NPS and CSAT surveys are very helpful What do you dislike about Totango? Nav bar can be confusing and some of the reporting is a touch clunky What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you? Client retention, logo and revenue retention, more proactive approach

"Excellent Visibility for our Company and Great Support."

What do you like best about Totango? I love two things. the exposure it gives our product in the marketplace, and the support and help that I have received from the account managers in my timezone: Anoushka and Laura. What do you dislike about Totango? The only downside is that the impact we have in our industry is tempered by a "weighted" scale that includes company employee size and social media footprint. What do you like best about Totango? Logging of tasks and touchpoints have been most valuable and relevant to our CS playbook. It was quick to onboard w/ the technology and doesn't require overhead to support it internally. It was quick to integrate w/ Salesforce. What do you dislike about Totango? Haven't found any downsides, but evolving our usage of the tool isn't necessarily intuitive or top of mind for the team. We like how we're leveraging it now, but I imagine Totango would like to ...
