"Totango is a great tool to keep on top of your follow-up plus the custom work flows are amazing!"

What do you like best about Totango? Easy to navigate and track your activities both ones that need to be done or have already been done. What do you dislike about Totango? Not easily locating phone numbers in client profiles. What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you? Ongoing touchpoints for clients with ratings of their " health score"

"Great way to track customer/client interactions"

What do you like best about Totango? The ease of setting up success plays to ensure we are reaching our customers and providing the service they need and want. Being able to track customer health and when to reach out. What do you dislike about Totango? The only downside to Totango is that it can sometimes be confusing in terms of the view you see but once you understand it and use it a few times it is much easier to navigate. "Overall good tool!"

What do you like best about Totango? Good for automated campaigns, we can update account status, log calls in Salesforce. What do you dislike about Totango? User Interface is overwhelming, we still have Salesforce as our primary What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you? It is a main place where CSM's can track all activity and calls and can go back and read notes.

"Outstanding onboarding process and excellent team"

What do you like best about Totango? Totango onboarding team did an outstanding job of getting our platform up and running in a short amount of time. What do you dislike about Totango? There are a few integrations we would like to see in the future (JIRA & NetSuite) What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you? Our current platform is being sunsetted end of this year and we needed a replacement. The Customer Success team can now better support our customers.

"Great tool to keep track of your customer base and make your team work collaboratively"

What do you like best about Totango? I like the extensive list of features. You can basically do everything you need to as a head of CSM. You can feel a bit "lost" with this list of features but their onboarding process is great. What do you dislike about Totango? Even if their onboarding process is great, the set up can be quite complex. You have to be 100% sure of what process you are trying to implement because it's really difficult to start over. What do you like best about Totango? I love having automated campaigns and internal tasks relating to the CX journey in one place. The advantage to them in Totango versus other platforms is the ability to trigger them from several different custom attributes. What do you dislike about Totango? What do you like best about Totango? Totango has been used by our business for some time now. I have been training on Totango via their incredible training videos and I have learned so much.
