Totango is an excellent tool that allows me to manage my customer's health.
What do you like best? The most helpful component of Totango is its ability to easily display information about my customers in a centralized location. This saves time and effort and allows me to focus on the most crucial aspects of my customer's overall health. What do you dislike? After 17 years of having multiple sources I had to go to to get data and pull together some type of analysis on our customers it has been unbelievably advantageous to use a system where everything is brought together in one place. What do you like best? I like how Totango is very user friendly. It was just launched a week ago in my company, and we can tell how easy is to use it to manage our accounts. What do you dislike?
