"Great onboarding experience"

What do you like best about Totango? As a new user of totango we still have a lot to learn but we are already seeing the benefits from the successBlocs, automated campaigns and dashboards. What do you dislike about Totango? We haven't found anything that we dislike so far. What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you? 360 customer view and scaled engagements has been the two most impactful pieces so far.

What do you like best about Totango? What I like most about Totango is that information is kept in one place and it's easy to update & tailor it to every client that I manage. Very useful platform and easy to use! What do you dislike about Totango? If I add new information, sometimes I need to refresh the page to see the changes, which is a bit frustrating in some situations. What do you like best about Totango? very compact- everything we need is there. And if we need to access another platform, it's so much easy. What do you dislike about Totango? What do you like best about Totango? The ability to track an account's progress and create related next steps to move forward. What do you dislike about Totango? Success blocs or segments don't have the ability to be right clicked and "open in a new tab." What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Totango? Totango is easy to navigate and has a lot of reports that help CSMs to manage accounts better. What do you dislike about Totango? The ability to adjust timezone on the user level is not possible (or locked?) What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you?
