What do you like best about Torii? User friend interface Vendor management is better than a few other tools out there Provides good insights What do you dislike about Torii? Very modular and flexible, which is a massive help when you need to keep track of a specific indicator on a SaaS tool (e.g.: licences, costs, renewal dates, etc...) What do you dislike about Torii? The connectors are typically very easy to configure, and I love that you can create a link to give to the app admin so they con configure the connector without needing to share API keys etc. What do you dislike about Torii? What do you like best about Torii? I like the listening skills of my commercial and Torii's support. Indeed all suggestions are well listened to and very often applied. What do you like best about Torii? The ability to notify other departments with custom workflows. This has also reduced the amount of overhead for both onboarding and offboarding as managers a notified of what team members are getting access to or need to be removed from when changing roles. What do you like best about Torii? Torii has great after sales support from a customer interaction and account management point of view. They generally take Feauture Requests on board quickly and do well to understand the customer's perspective. What do you dislike about Torii? While they do take Feature Requests on board they can be very slow to deliver and often priority is lacking and feedback on requests is hollow with no real world progress.
