Easy to use and reliable

What do you like best? Been using it for years. I call in frequently to get help. I've used it since DOS. What do you dislike? Nothing popping up in my mind. Been easy to use. Recommendations to others considering the product: Hey! Use it! It's a good program. You will be happy with it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Calender, not posting dates. I have been a user of toproducer since when it was in the DOS.

Looking up contact information and acting on it is now a joy

What do you like best? If I am at the computer, navigating and viewing information about a contact is as easy as thinking about it. Open the page, find the contact, view recent emails, notes, and What do you dislike? The website version is still a little bit behind best practices. It doesn't scale to my new two-in-one touchscreen device running Windows 10 very gracefully so some things in the corners are off screen or underneath my OS task bar. What do you like best? Customer service provided by Spencer Powell. He is one of the best customer support I ever talk so far. Very knowledgeable & Professional and he have lots of Patience. What do you dislike? Switching back n forth with TPX and system get log out so easy, you need to go back and refresh it again and again. What problems are you solving with the product? TPX has many new improvements

What do you like best? I love TPX Property Insights, where you can add the favorite homes to a buyer's profile. I also love the follow up reminders and the last touch date. When combined with Market Snapshots, I stay top of mind effortlessly. I will be looking into the calendar option, and add more notes to each lead. What do you dislike? TPX is going to bring Top Producer into 2020 full steam

What do you like best? Easily integrates with a lot of the top programs, like Mojo, Spacio, multiple lead sources, Exchange, G Suite, etc. Highly detailed transaction management, much more/better than most of the competitors. TPX now allows better email integration and allows texting. What do you dislike? The overall look and UI of the program feels outdated by 10-15 years.
