What do you like best about TokenEx? I've done multiple integrations with TokenEx for PCI and PII and have had nothing but a great experience with their technical and non-technical support. What do you like best about TokenEx? The ease of use and the hands-on customer support. What do you dislike about TokenEx? The static key that is used for tokenization request authentication? Would be great if it was dynamic. What problems is TokenEx solving and how is that benefiting you? Tokenization of customer card data to make future check out faster and safer.

What do you like best about TokenEx? Easy API integration and no secure data stored in our environment. What do you dislike about TokenEx? Reporting capabilities on the website. It is not possible to generate specific reports for our end customers like a monthly report as well as we don't see the usage history past 30 days. What do you like best about TokenEx? The transparent gateway is my favorite feature as it allows us to use processors that did not have a SAQ A compliant integration method at the time. What do you dislike about TokenEx? Nothing now. My only gripe was from the old version where you were limited to how much CSS you could use. Recommendations to others considering TokenEx: No brainer. What do you like best about TokenEx? Focused on doing what they do... really well. The TokenEx team is really friendly and always great to work with. What do you like best about TokenEx? I receive quick answers to support tickets I create and receive clear answers to my questions. Great Job! What do you dislike about TokenEx? I am only able to submit tickets via the ticket portal, not the phone. What problems is TokenEx solving and how is that benefiting you? We have been able to expedite our token process to get our customers payment processing up in no time.

We use TokenEx for about 5 years already to tokenize and store credit card information. TokenEx proved to be a great solution for us in terms of PCI.
