Great software, awful support
Todoist is a great tool. Nicely designed and really useful. But frequently I encounter bugs and problems and when I do, the tech support is AWFUL. They take ages to reply to tickets, give incomplete and confusing answers when pressed for updates, always complain that they have a huge backlog and things are taking longer than usual, but it's been that way for a year at least. Beyond a certain point, it's not "longer than usual", it's "just as long as usual".Honestly the only reason I have ...

What do you like best? I like the simplicity. There is nothing better than a simple software that does not lose its power and its full of features that work to their full potential. Todoist helps keep me organized
Todoist helps keep me organized - I truly could not live without it! Allows me to prioritize my tasks in a super simple way. I definitely recommend Todoist to everyone - I really think it's the best to-do list app available!
