  • Cross-platform synchronization ensures seamless accessibility across devices, including desktop, mobile, and browsers.

  • Smart natural language processing for quick task entry, date recognition, and effortless scheduling improves productivity.

Great software

What do you like best? I like all the options which Todoist offers. I can connect Todoist to Google Calendar, that way. I don't have clientele on every site and I don't want the old Android screen alone. What do you dislike? It's also hard to build a list and I think there's one thing that's good about it. I look at my everyday job and plan things I need to do right away, use them to do things I need to do in seven days, recall events / sessions, etc. Recommendations to others ...

Easy to use

What do you like best? What I like most about Todoist is that for each device, it has native clients, many integrated browsers and utilities like Windows, Mac, Android, IOS, Laptop and Gmail. What do you dislike? The only question they ask about, I suppose, is that there's a programming function close to the standard of the time. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's my favorite program I've ever used if you need a multi-platform program. What problems ...

Todoist - Review

What do you like best? It is a resource that I want to interact for multi-platforms. I need it   for managing the projects as well as all of my personal work. It was a real hassle to save all the tasks but it became less painful when using this program. It's great to build a task that's completed every Monday morning and then shown on every kind of my device  to ensure I don't forget or miss something important. What do you dislike? You have to pay if you ...

Todoist

What do you like best? First of all, I enjoyed the free variant of this app doing everything I like, and much more. The opportunity to organize all of my activities by project and/or customer-something I lacked on my phone thanks to the alternative Apple Note and reminders. It synchronizes easily with all my devices and performance tracking is a nice bonus that keeps you updated. What do you dislike? No issues so far. But I don't know how to make the established tasks available. ...

Todoist

What do you like best? What I greatly love about ToDoist is architecture. It's lightweight, you look fantastic and do not load it. The hardest part of this list is the ALL can easily overwhelm you. Yes, it's brainwashing-but now that brainwashing has stopped, we're seeing what we've got on doing. However the good thing is that today, seven days from now, or just even one particular project, you can look at things and change your mind and look at things. What do you dislike? There ...

Todoist

What do you like best? I like the cross-platform capabilities of todoist. Every network seems to back it up. Furthermore, the use of filters and tags, as well as email clients using plug-ins or sending messages to Todoist (within a project) are very powerful functions. So, I use redirection rules in my email client with a mix of filters and tags and I have complete control over my tasks. What do you dislike? Of Todoist there is nothing to fear. Their development team is swift to ...

Fast and simple task management

What do you like best? Clean and fast interface available everywhere means I track anything instantly. I can paste complex text and upload attachments on desktop or I can just hit the widget on my Android home page to add a task. Even has time stamped entries per task, and sub-tasks but without losing the simplicity of the task-oriented view. There are some task managers that get lost in "project management" features but Todoist keeps it real. What do you dislike? I have some minor ...

Manage the tasks

What do you like best? The app does a decent job of setting out tasks and deadlines with the opportunity to combine subgoals into projects and allocate time and date to ensure that you are on schedule.   You begin by specifying things that need to be finished and by which date, so you get regular reminders (through push notification, email, via the app) that have to be accomplished now, the next  week, as well as in the future. The app is the same as an inbox, and ...

This app is literally the extension of my checklist minded brain!

What do you like best? The quick add shortcuts! The prioritization flags! Everything! What do you dislike? That it wasn’t invented when I was in college hahaha. Needed this my whole life. Recommendations to others considering the product: Join already!! It will create clarity and keep you on track! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I run my business project management, to do lists, team delegation, everything - then a ...
