Toast has one of the worst customer service policies I've ever experienced before. I ordered 26 dollars worth of food for delivery through Toast on my web browser from a local bagel shop. Received confirmation from the restaurant in email and tracking information by Toast through Google. An hour later, no food was delivered so I called the bagel shop. Misleading information

Misleading information provided by the sales person Laura for A to Z... And the last one is, to be able to separate a prepayment from the sale of the day, is to do an add on with what they call "Catering and Event", for $100/month, or the POS can't dissociate a prepayment from a sale and by consequence from the sale tax too. It is just unbelievable and unacceptable...

Awesome!

So far, so good!!! Install was a breeze thanks to Skylar (sp?) Super professional and knowledgeable. Equipment is great so far, we are getting in the flow of things a little better quickly.

Just today, they tried to charge our business an additional $450 on a $300 garnishment that they insisted on getting in the middle of and then they made a huge mistake and now they want to charge us to fix it??
