Toast sales ignores all my texts and…

Toast sales ignores all my texts and phone calls. Toast has not only breached its own contract, but its now trying to reverse charges for services I did not sign up for because they claim the system signed me up on the backend and they couldn't take off the services. Toast is also sending me signed contracts to reverse the process (signing them themselves) and is sending me terminated contracts from another kitchen 5 months later. I have a lot of emails which incriminates the company and ...

Great POS system, marginal support

The system is top notch and really does just about everything a restaurant needs. The issues I have are the continuous updating and changing settings which make you relearn the app too frequently. My employees get frustrated because they become familiar with the very subtle uses of the program and then they go and change it, and not for the better. Also the tech support has seriously declined over the 8 years we've been with the company. It's almost impossible to get someone you can ...
