Never ordering through them again…
Their app and layout is awful. They need to make it possible to request refunds from the restaurant or cancel orders or SOMETHING. I ordered from a restaurant a week ago that had closed early for the day but didn’t disable online ordering. So obviously I didn’t get any food. Now I still don’t have my money back either. I’ve contacted the restaurant twice already and it’s just so irritating that Toast can literally do nothing.

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY

For the most part it's areas to fix in my opinion user friendly
For the most part it's user friendly. Moving things to different courses is kind of annoying it leaves to a lot of errors. It would seem better to not have the buttons labeled. And that your server could hit first course and then put whatever in assign it to a seat number. Then hit second course and do the same. For example if somebody wants chowder that's labeled as an appetizer and then they have to drag it to the second course. It's not the best way to set it up. The bigger issue is with ...

Completely incompetent support
Very slow on support issues. Have 4 restaurants and have been with toast for 4+ years. Support has been slow but this time it is hurting our business. When they went to do a recent 3rd party integration, they disconnected one of our existing suppliers. It was down for 3 weeks despite numerous calls, chats and support tickets for help.
