Absolutely the worst service I have…
Absolutely the worst service I have ever used. You get NO information about the status of your order. After an hour and 15 minutes I called the pizza restaurant and they had the order but no way to give me information as to when or if it would be picked up. I called Toast customer service and they said they do not speak directly with consumers, only the businesses they serve. Total runaround and information black hole. Stop using TOAST
Ordered from Toast (online), the Doordash driver was lost because she did not have any common sense. Did not listen to any of my instructions. My order was canceled (by Doordash & restaurant), but my payment was still pending!

Definitely going to be a lawsuit against TOAST
Hey, TOAST CEO. WHoever you're and your fuckign name is. But your system, your inefficient developer created this insane system and your useless unskilled employees have through into the trash. You're collecting $10000s of dollars from the restaurant business owners, but your Toast POS system totally useless, making the different issues every single day. Pizza ordered
Pizza ordered, pizza cooked, pizza given to a driver but never delivered. Either the driver ate the pizza or delivered to the wrong address. The pizza shop, Hometown Pizza of Terryvillle CT nor Toast take any responsibility for the MIA $40 pizza that was ordered for my 93 year old mother, three blocks from the shop.

I was double charged for an online…
I was double charged for an online restaurant order because of a glitch with the toast server. When I contacted Toast because I could not get in touch with the restaurant they were willing to do less than nothing to help. Instead they gave me the run around telling me to contact the restaurant. I can not get through to the restaurant becuase they never have the phone on the hook so that they can only accept online orders. Now I have to drive 20+ miles to speak with someone at the restaurant ...
