No refund for broken hardware under warranty and hidden fee attempts
Card readers sporadically accepts touch pay. Toast keeps sending generic troubleshooting tips without replacing the system, now for over 4 months, even though I'm under warranty. Toast attempted to charge my customers for online orders off my menu without allowing me to control any of the fees. Toast increased their delivery service fees and said they would take them directly from credit card deposits even though Doordash was telling me to pay them through their site for the same time ...

I have been working in restaurant industry for almost 30 years this is the best POS system EVER...I used to spend hours on the phone with Tech support ...now it hardly ever happened!!! I recommended Toast to a friend of mine who opened a restaurant in LA

they will respond in no time to sell their services, once it comes to update a bank account it has been 3 weeks and no resolution, they are the worst, never ever again. very kind reps , but can't help with situation. This company is a rip off. wish you the worst AMAN NARANG
