Your backend and integrations are great…

Your backend and integrations are great but you user interface is not good. It needs to be easy and flow. Look at Hungerrush pos interface. I can teach a whole staff (front and back office) how to master it in 1 hour.

Sometimes the help desk can’t help you

I like the availability but I dislike the Fact that my issue wasn’t resolved through the help desk I figured it out on my own and was able to get menus displayed again

Absolutely horrible company

Absolutely horrible company. I was forced to purchase a new system for our restaurant because the one I had was out dated. (That I can live with and understand) I cannot give this company a good review because after the purchase of the new system our chip/car reader was shot. After 2 weeks? Then tried to charge me for every credit card sale that I had to manually enter. Toast is junk. Go to aloha!

Had toast for a few months but it was…

Had toast for a few months but it was installed incorrectly and never worked properly for me. When I tried to return it as I had ordered it for my food truck as well they did not give me a refund for the unopened never used equipment I have. I’m still getting the runaround by the team worst experience ever if I could give 0 stars I would beyond upsetting.

Toast POS excellent system, but $$$ and with low customer support

Toast POS is an excellent system and fits the needs of the eatery industry very well. I don't regret this part but on the other hand... It is quite expensive to start a small business, now Toast's monthly fee is several times more expensive than any of the other applications I use. Customer service is not too good. When I had an emergency, I couldn't use the support chat they offer and I waited 45 minutes to be assisted by phone. Cancellation fees are expensive. Credit card payment ...

Overall we like toast, the only problem is, After the initial call to set up our account, Toast hasn’t been very responsive to any other problems. It would be nice to see better follow through

Customer service gets a zero

Customer service gets a zero. The system is fine but the customer service will cost you weeks off your life on the phone and many customers due to issues with the system that the agents cannot fix.
