What do you like best about toasttab.com? The UI is very user friendly, Training for the system is not that high, easy to learn. Customer support is very prompt and fast in responding. A lot of features that we need in our restaurant and it integrates with other system like Sling and Beengo.

Good morning, Just some honest feedback. I am a fan of Toast and its POS software. I wish that by this point in time that Toast would have integrated a better way to track house accounts and wholesale accounts and integrated those accounts with other accounting programs like QuickBooks. It would really close the circle for my business. When we first joined, the customer service and the response time was incredible. What do you like best about toasttab.com? The complete manual for all the various aspects of Toast POS. Information is at your fingertips as needed for every detail of the system. Customer support is always friendly and efficient to get you the answers you need. Like any softeware there are so many things available to our business. Hit or Miss
Calling customer support is always hit or miss. Some specialists are extremely helpful and well-informed, and other's manage to make the issue much more complicated than it is which seems to be the result of a general lack of knowledge, a language barrier, or combination of other factors.
